Hi, hey, hello and happy Tuesday!
Today I’m back for another (official) Top 5 Tuesday. Yayy. Today’s topic is Top 5 Favourite Audiobooks which is a hard one for me considering I’ve don’t read audiobooks.
I tried. Once. I got over 50% through with re-reading The Raven Boys before kind of forgetting about it. Personally they just don’t wok for me but that doesn’t mean there isn’t a few audiobooks I wan and wish I could read.
Top 5 Tuesday is hosted by Shanah @ Bionic Book Worm
1- All For the Game by Nora Sakovic
I remember when it was announced that this series was being released via audiobook too and I freaked! Like genuinely. I talked with a friend for hours on and off about it. Drugged up Andrew lowkey sounds like a stoner surfer and I find that hilarious. Maybe one day I’ll be able to concentrate and re-read this series via the audiobooks.
2- Sadie by Courtney Summers
I’ve heard the audiobook of this reads like a true crime podcast or something along those lines and that sounds really cool to me. But again, my inability to stay focused on audiobooks messes that up. I do, however, own this in physical copy and I’m looking forward to reading it.
3- Daisy Jones & The Six by Taylor Jenkins Reid
I have no desire to pick this book up in physical copy and actually reading it but this is meant to be about interveiwing a once popular band so listening to that sounds cool and maybe could work for me. I don’t know I might actually have to attempt this since I know a lot of people enjoyed it.
So those are the audiobooks I would consider reading if I one day gain the ability to not zone out halfway through. Is there any other good ones to introduce myself to? Thanks for reading š
Hi! I just want to read All for the game, but I haven’t found time for doing it… š¦
I’m like you with audiobooks. I just can’t read them… My concentration isn’t good enough for that.
I wanted to read Be more chill because Jesse Eisenberg was in it, he sounds like the character and i love his voice. I also wanted to use audiobooks to read academic books and books about the craft of writing, it didn’t work.
I think anyone can read in whichever way they want, but audiobooks aren’t for me.

Hi! Same! I try and listen to them but then my mind just wanders off and I miss what’s happened.
All For the Game is one of my favourites although I know it isn’t for everyone. When you do get chance to read it I hope you love it š

I’m taking advantage of the whisper-sync option on my Kindle and it definitely got me listening to more audio books. I was finding my mind wandering too when just listening. š
