So today I thought we’d take a walk down memory lane and have a look to see if I read my Most Anticipated 2019 releases and my Intriguing Releases of 2019 which was a list of books I knew next to nothing about but the covers or a quick glance over the synopsis had me interested.

I’m looking forward to seeing what I thought and if I even still want to read some of them.

Today’s Top 5 Tuesday topic is Top 5 Books You Didn’t Get to in 2019. I’m actually really happy with everything I’ve read this year, there’s no backlist books or anything like that that I’m dying to read or disappointed I didn’t get to.

And so I’m going to be talking exclusively about 2019 releases I didn’t get to in 2019 but that I do still want to read. Some of these I’ve talked about at length, others are more recent discoveries that I’ve realised I want to read.

Today’s topic is very exciting, one I’m very looking forward to and that: Top 5 Covers of 2019. Publishers are really stepping it up and books these days are a work of art and for that I am eternally grateful.

So this first book I have not read and I have long since forgotten what this book is about however LOOK HOW PRETTY!!!! I love everything from the design to the overall aesthetic. I want this whole entire cover tattooed on my body!!!

I have had an amazing weekend full of reading and it feels so good. However there are still a whole bunch of upcoming releases this year that I’m excited for and want to talk about.

I feel like this is my millionth post about 2019 releases but as the year progresses I keep finding out about more and I need them all in my life!

Spring. AKA the time of me stressing about the upcoming end of school, eating my weight in chocolate cause “hey it’s easter!” and sneezing 24/7 thanks to allergies. Ahh good times.

In all seriousness I am looking forward to this upcoming season. Mainly I’m excited for the weather to change and for the wind to die down. And also the upcoming books I get to read!

Intriguing 2019 Releases.

2019 is the year for amazing book releases and I am going to be so poor by the end of it all.

So a couple of Wednesdays ago I made a list of my most anticipated 2019 releases that I cannot wait for! But then I started reading and watching other peoples posts and I realised … I’m screwed.

And in the end I had to do another post with the six books I’d recently discovered because, although I don’t know much about most of them, I am so excited.

Happy Wednesday! This is up a bit late because school started back up yesterday, I already feel sleep deprived but I’ve filled up on Chinese and ready to go.

I have done really well so far in the duration of this blog to keep up and participate every week and I’m gonna try and carry that on into the new year.

Let us begin with the 2019 releases I don’t care about.

I can’t believe it’s this time already. 2019 is right around the corner and I’m stressing because time is flying by! The good thing about time going by so fast though is all the books coming out next year that I cannot wait for!

1- A Girl Called Shameless by Laura Steven.

This is the sequel to The Exact Opposite of Okay, a book I have not shut up about at all. I am so excited about this release especially because its a perfect excuse to reread the first book too. Also look at that cover!
