I’m not going to have time to read, but one can hope // May TBR

I’m dreading May. Literally the only good thing that’s going to come out of this month is that Olivia Rodrigo’s debut album drops towards the end of the month. That’s the thing that’s going to keep me going.

Despite the fact that I probably won’t have any time to read, I do have a mini TBR for May. Three books is still pushing it but we’ll see what happens.

The Perfect Book Tag

large (1)

Hello and happy Friday!

Today I’m doing The Perfect Book Tag which was created by Sofii at A Book. A Thought and I was tagged by Lauren at Narrative Reads. So thank you so much!

The Perfect Genre

What genre would your perfect book be?

For this I’m going with Red, White & Royal Blue by Casey McQuiston. Romance isn’t my thing because I cringe at any sort of romantic moment but this book was a perfect romance/contemporary.

It was full of level headed characters, great representation, the two love interests had other things going on besides just the romance and the romance itself was so healthy and adorable!!!

Hello and happy Wednesday!

I am an avid consumer of all things Booktube and I am so excited about todays topic. Now, as much as I love booktube, I only really watch the same six people, the same ones I’m going to talk about, so any suggestions are very much welcome 🙂

All weekly topics can be found HERE.

1- Reagan @ PeruseProject

I love Reagan so much. This list is in no particular order but I put her first because out of all of these, she talks the most about fantasy. She reads a lot of big high fantasy series and that’s not really my thing but I really enjoy listening to her talk about them. Also her dog is adorable.

2- Spencer @ Common Spence

I actually only found Spencer recently, as in the last few months, but I love his videos so much! He has so much personality and he includes hilarious commentary. The intro to his newest video is ICONIC!! Continue reading “Favourite Booktubers // Top 5 Wednesday”

Book Review: Queen of Air and Darkness by Cassandra Clare *spoilers*

Hello 🙂

Last week I finally completed The Dark Artifices series by reading the final concluding novel, Queen of Air and Darkness and I have a hell of a lot of feelings. I did a whole non spoiler post about The Dark Artifices and all my opinions on the series in general but now I just need to talk about this book because I have a lot of feelings and emotions.

Hello 🙂 Happy Wednesday!

Todays topic is Most Disappointing Reads of 2018, however, I already did this before the end of the year so I’m changing it up a bit.

Basically I’m going to be talking about five books that were released in 2018 that I’m sad I didn’t read or buy or anything.

1- All Out: The No-Longer-Secret Stories of Queer Teens throughout the Ages
