🎄The Jingle Bell Book Tag🎄

Hi, hey, hello and welcome to my blog 🙂

It’s time for another Chisrtmas Book Tag!!!! Today I’m doing The Jingle Bell Book Tag and I am so excited. I’m looking forward to this tag … and also the break from studying. I’m dying people.

Anyways this tag looks really fun so let’s just jump into it 🙂

“All I Want for Christmas is you…” // What book do you want to see under the Christmas Tree?

This question came up in last weeks tag and I said the new illustrated Harry Potter but obviously I would like more then just one book and so this week I’m saying some books dealing with travel.

I made a list for my mum to choose from but I can’t remember specific titles right now. I’m going on a school trip to Italy next year and I’d love to read some YA novels about travelling around Europe beforehand.

“Simply Having a Wonderful Christmas Time” // What book that you have read this year have you enjoyed the most?

2019 Releases I Didn’t Get To // Top 5 Tuesday

Hi, hey, hello and happy Tuesday!!!

Today’s Top 5 Tuesday topic is Top 5 Books You Didn’t Get to in 2019. I’m actually really happy with everything I’ve read this year, there’s no backlist books or anything like that that I’m dying to read or disappointed I didn’t get to.

And so I’m going to be talking exclusively about 2019 releases I didn’t get to in 2019 but that I do still want to read. Some of these I’ve talked about at length, others are more recent discoveries that I’ve realised I want to read.

🍂Top 3 Books I read this Autumn🍂

Hello and welcome to my blog!

I pulled a 10pm till 2am shift last night and let me tell you those are the weirdest hours I’ve ever worked and it’s left me feeling all disorientated with time and space. Although I should be studying for my final round of exams I just can’t get in the concentration studying mood and so I thought I’d talk about My favourite Autumn reads before jumping into Spanish literature.

I’ve done a couple of these seasonal wrap ups at this point and normally I do a list of my top 5 but sadly there’s just not five books that are all on the same level of greatness. I am happy with the three books I’ve chosen to talk about though.

My Favourite Characters of 2019

Hi, hey, hello and welcome to my blog 🙂

So today I am talking about My Favourite Characters of 2019. I wasn’t going to do a post like this but then I started thinking about some of the new characters I’ve come to love this year and in the end I just couldn’t pass up the opportunity to talk about them.

Malcolm Bright – Prodigal Son

❄The Joy of Christmas // Book Tag❄

Hi, hey and welcome to my blog 🙂

Its that time people. It’s Christmas book tag time!!!!

I have a weird relationship with Christmas. I loved it as a kid, as most small children do, thenstarted hating on Christmas as I got older just because my dad did and it was fun to mess with mum.

Also Christmas when you get older is stressfull! Leading up to the 25th is, for me, jam packed with exams, and then there’s the whole buying gifts situation and all that. It’s hectic and it’s why my family get drunk on Christmas day which leads to food fights between me and dad.

This year though I’m adiment to get more intouch with the Christmas cheer. I’ve got a list of Christmas movies I want to watch, I’ve been singing Christmas songs and also I’ve decided I’m going to do a Christmas/Holiday themed book tag each week leading up to the Fat Man coming down the metaphorical chimney.

And so today I’m going to be starting of with the Joy of Christmas Book Tag. Continue reading “❄The Joy of Christmas // Book Tag❄”

What I’m going to do after surviving my exams // December TBR

Hi, hey, hello and welcome to my blog 🙂

Exams have started. Woohoo!!! They started this past Friday and lead all the way up until the 16th. The only thing getting me through is a litre bottle of Pepsi, my fear of failure and the promise of 2 weeks off.

And so because of this I am sat here, eating muesli while my cat screams at me and getting some blog posts written and scheduled.

Today I’m going to be talking about what exactly I plan to do once I am free!

Finish my currently reading:

I’ve been reading Tweet Cute for nearly a month now and I’m mad because this is really, really good. I’m having a great time but that’s the problem. I don’t have any time.

Call Down the Hawk is finally in my hands. It’s amazing, if not a little confusing at the beginning because of the new characters. I plan on getting straight to this when I get done with my last exam. Continue reading “What I’m going to do after surviving my exams // December TBR”

November Wrap Up

Hi, hey, hello and welcome to my blog 🙂

Earlier today I was sat scrolling through, reading other peoples posts, trying not to stress over exams, etc, when I started seeing “November Wrap Up” and I was like holy shit! It somehow completely slipped my mind that we’re one more month down!

Eleven down one more to go.

Anyways not that I’ve crashed back down to reality I’m here to do my own November Wrap Up 🙂

Book Review: Solitaire by Alice Oseman

Publication Date: May 3rd 2018

In case you’re wondering, this is not a love story.

My name is Tori Spring. I like to sleep and I like to blog. Last year – before all that stuff with Charlie and before I had to face the harsh realities of A-Levels and university applications and the fact that one day I really will have to start talking to people – I had friends. Things were very different, I guess, but that’s all over now.

Now there’s Solitaire. And Michael Holden. Read More
