May Wrap Up

Helloo 🙂 Back in my May TBR I said I was going to “make May my bitch” and I’m happy to report that I more then followed through on that statement. I got some motivation back! I started being productive! And in the end I got a whole bunch of school work done and completed 10 books!!!

I set myself a “challenge” this month just to try and bring a bit more fun to reading and stop me getting so overwhelmed. The challenge was to read every colour of the rainbow, so a red book, a yellow book and so on and so on … and I did just that. It was actually a lot of fun and I’ll probably do it again in the future. This is probably gonna be long so I’m just going to start wrapping things up.

Reading My Rainbow 🌈// May TBR

Hello 🙂 I should be doing anything but writing this post right now because I have a bunch of school assignments due in tomorrow and I haven’t even started but talking about what I’m going to be reading this month is way more fun.

I’m feeling very motivated right now (as long as it’s not school related). I’m ready to make May my bitch.

I’m allowed outside the house for an hour or two a day now without getting arrested which is nice. My baby brother turns 14 this month which is also nice but lowkey terrifying. And I have a great TBR planned out.

Last month I read a fair few duds and so for May I’m trying to spice things up a bit and bring a bit of fun back to my reading and so I’m going to be reading my rainbow 🌈.

The May TBR that could have been.

Hello and welcome back to my blog. Today I’m doing my May TBR … kind of.

You see I have more or less seven weeks till the end of school and my graduation from mandatory education which roughly translates to seven weeks for me to get my grades up so that I do actually graduate and get my title and rub it in my brothers face and make my parents proud. Etcetera.

(Also family friends we haven’t seen in 10 years and grandparents we haven’t seen in 3 years both decided to come out to stay with us this month???)

So I imagine the next two months are going to be pretty busy and my time for reading is going to be limited. And so I’m going to be talking about all the books I WISH I could be reading in May when in actual fact I’ll be slaving over Math/History/Latin/Economy homework and wishing I was dead 🙂
