Vampires are back baby!

Hi and howdy, welcome to my blog.

Today we are discussing something incredibly important: Vampires!! There has been an insurgence of vampires in Young Adult fiction recently and I am living for it!

I’ve loved vampires for a long time now, to the point where I used to tell my parents I wanted to be one when I grew up, and while my goals in life have thankfully changed, I have been loving the new influx of vampire centred stories.

And so with Halloween just a couple of days away I thought it would be perfect to discuss what I loved about past vampire stories and what I’m loving about the newest depictions and takes on the classic bloodsuckers.

Hellooo ­čśŐ

God it feels like forever since I’ve sat and written a post (it’s been like 5 days but let me be dramatic please). I took a couple of days because I was feeling burnt out and needed to not think about blogging for a little while but I’m back and I’ve got some recommendations!!

Today I’m here with a list of books that I think will make the perfect Halloween reads.

I don’t read proper “horror” novels, I’ve never read Stephen King and all the other classic horror authors. I’d like to but they’re not my thing, I think I’d probably get bored. But I do still think I’ve got a pretty decent list of books that I’m sure will get you in the Halloween spirit and keep you highly entertained ­čÖé

Some cute contemporaries you need to read!

Today I come to you with a list of 4 super sweet and adorable contemporary novels.

I definitely don’t think any of these are “the best books ever written” but not every book needs to be a masterpiece. They have their flaws but I think there’s a chance that they’ll make you smile which is so much more important ­čÖé
