What genre would your perfect book be?

For this I’m going with Red, White & Royal Blue by Casey McQuiston. Romance isn’t my thing because I cringe at any sort of romantic moment but this book was a perfect romance/contemporary.

It was full of level headed characters, great representation, the two love interests had other things going on besides just the romance and the romance itself was so healthy and adorable!!!

My Favourite Books of 2018

The other day I was a total Negative Nancy with me listing 5 of the worst books I’d read in 2018 but today I’m being a down right Positive Patricia and talking about 10 of my favourite books from this past year and I am so excited.

For the record none of these are in any particular order just how I wrote them down in my lil notebook 🙂

Autumn is out and Winter is in!

This past fall I took part in the Fall Bookish Bingo by Pretty Deadly Reviews and I had a lot of fun trying to complete the challenges, of which I completed ten. I would have liked to accomplish more but with school and other books that didn’t fit the challenges I’m still quite proud of what I read.

And suddenly it’s November. Seriously how did this happen? It feels like it as April two weeks ago!

Either way I read six books, one graphic novel and I DNF-ed a book this month. I actually didn’t I was going to get much read this month due to school and also it seemed to be pretty slow going at first so I’m pretty happy with how I did.
