Book covers that make me sneeze

Helloo πŸ™‚ Its nearly midnight and I am sneezing. It feels like all I ever do is sneeze because I have seasonal allergies. Yayyyyyyy. I figured it wouldn’t be too bad this year considering the fact that, like most people, I’m barely leaving my house and yet somehow it seems to be worse this year and I’m fed up so I’ve come here to complain.

Basically today I am going to be talking about some books with covers that look like they would make me sneeze my brains out … aka books with flowers on the front.

The “Get to Know Me” Book Tag // My 1 Year Blogger-versary!!!

Hi, hello and welcome to my blog!

Today is a day of celebration. It’s been a whole year since I started this blog.

It’s my bloggerversary and I’m probably spelling that extremely wrong but I feel like terrible spelling is a staple of my blogposts. To celebrate it being a year of me being annoying as hell I decided to do the “Get to know me” Book Tag because in the beginning I never really talked about myself because anxiety πŸ™‚

A little bit about me

My names Elli. I’m 17 and originally from East Yorkshire with the accent to prove it but I’ve been living in Spain since I was ten (although I do not have the tan to prove that). This September I start the Spanish equivalent of 6th form and I am shitting myself.

I have three siblings, two brothers and a sister, all younger, two of which live back in the UK. I also have three pets who I would die for: Fudge, Poppet and Kit-Kat.

And now that you’ve been blessed with these incredible and majestic photos let’s jump into the tag: Continue reading “The “Get to Know Me” Book Tag // My 1 Year Blogger-versary!!!”

Hello and welcome back to my blog πŸ™‚

Today I thought I’d do a book tag, my first of the year.

Back in late November/early December I accomplished the impossible and convinced my mum to read the Harry Potter series. She came to love it so much thatΒ  she made me and my brother watch the movie of whichever of the books she’d just finished.

This year I want to complete my reread of the series which I started last year by reading the final 4 books accept after watching all my faves die on screen, I’m not finding myself all that motivated to pick up the books and read about their deaths. I’m hoping this tag will bring out my inner potterhead.

My Favourite Books of 2018

The other day I was a total Negative Nancy with me listing 5 of the worst books I’d read in 2018 but today I’m being a down right Positive Patricia and talking about 10 of my favourite books from this past year and I am so excited.

For the record none of these are in any particular order just how I wrote them down in my lil notebook πŸ™‚ Continue reading “My Favourite Books of 2018”

All Top 5 Wednesday topics can be found HERE.

You know now that I’m thinking about this I am literally the worst teenager ever because I don’t do anything except watch telly and eat pizza. I’m failing at being my own age but here we go: Continue reading “Books to Give Teenage Girls as Gifts // Top 5 Wednesday.”
